⌗04Services

Holocron Kyber LLC provides advice and procurement services to, and acts on behalf of, retail electric customers regarding the selection of retail electric providers and products or services offered by retail electric providers. Services include competitive solicitation and comparison of REP offers, negotiation of retail supply terms as the customer's authorized agent, and ongoing contract and renewal management. Holocron Kyber LLC does not sell or take title to electric energy, does not act as a retail electric provider, and does not aggregate customer loads.

⌗05Compensation

Kyber is compensated by the retail electric provider serving a client's account as a monthly residual of $0.25 per MWh of metered consumption, waived to $0.00 for accounts with an active Holocron Forge operations & maintenance agreement. Kyber's total compensation is capped at the published adder under the Kyber Power Pledge; client-paid advisory fees, where engaged, are stated in the client agreement.

The duration of each engagement is stated in the client agreement governing it.

Proprietary client information — including usage data, contract terms, prices, and billing records — is not released to any third party without the client's authorization, except as required by law.
