The Kyber Power Pledge

Holocron Kyber's brokerage adder is $0.25 per MWh ($0.00025 per kWh) — published, flat, and identical for every client and every product. The adder is waived to $0.00 for any account with an active Holocron Forge operations & maintenance agreement.

Kyber's total compensation from all sources connected to a client's account will not exceed the published adder. Any supplier-paid bonus, incentive, upfront buyout, or program payment offered to Kyber is disclosed to the client and either declined or credited to the client's account. Kyber is paid as a monthly residual only — never an upfront buyout of future commissions.

Kyber represents each client individually and never aggregates client loads into joint purchases. These terms hold for the life of each affected contract; the published number may change by version, and every executed contract keeps the version it was signed under.
